Novi Vinodolski International Summer Carnival is held every year in the Croatian town of Novi Vinodolski. The tradition of carnivals in the Croatian Kvarner region dates back a few centuries and there are many well known organized groups which attend carnivals throughout the entire year. The carnival in Novi Vinodolski attracts many Croatian and foreign guests and is an important part of the Novi tourist offer. The carnival parade sets off from the town bus station and it ends at the main square where it is applauded by a mass of spectators. After the parade is over there are many parties held in the town’s clubs and bars, and a good time is guaranteed till small hours.
